Hello, I am from Michigan, but a Wisconsinite the last 9 years. I am a wife and mom of 5 kids who keep me on the go and on my toes! I have been a RN for 11 years focusing mainly on Emergency Medicine and Critical Care. 5 years ago, I had a health scare that made me realize the importance of taking care of yourself and put me on the path to being healthier. I focus on overall health, not just fitness. I customize IV blends and injections to fit all your wellness and lifestyle needs. Let me help fill in the gaps between your nutritional needs, diet, and exercise plan. 

I am very excited to be having a permanent location at Evolve Fitness starting the week of November 7th. I will still offer mobile services as well to fit all needs and requests.
