MAKE IT HAPPEN Everyone’s goal is different whether it is to lose 100 pounds to 5 pounds, gain weight, gain muscle or compete but you need to make the choice to take action on a plan and STICK with it and not give up! Results don’t come overnight, long lasting results take time to materialize so be patient. The first few months are the hardest but once you get in the groove it will become your “normal”.

APPROACH: No short cuts! I coach balance, mindset and consistency! My specialty is strength training. My priority is to help others achieve their goals and find a happy balance in their fitness in health! 

I have a variety of programs customized to fit your lifestyle. 

If 20 years as a personal trainer, endurance coach, and life coach have taught me anything it is that there are a variety of strategies to get to your goals. I pride myself in helping my clients navigate the best path for them. Together we will work on creating a healthy mindset around diet and exercise focusing on lifestyle change for lasting results.

Over the years I have worked with a variety of different types of clients. From those focused on losing weight and improving their health, to those wishing to run their first 5k or Ironman. I specialize in functional training, and corrective exercise and focus on training my clients in a way that supports their hobbies and passions in life.

Growing up an athlete was just the beginning of my journey. I was fortunate to connect with an incredible trainer and mentor at a young age who taught me much of what I know today, changed my perspective on fitness, and impacted my lifestyle forever. I want to be that someone for my clients.

Fitness and working out are so much more than what meets the eye; it is a lifelong process of finding yourself physically and mentally. Finding the balance between leading a healthy lifestyle and life in general can be difficult, but it’s about dedicating the time you deserve to YOU.

I specialize in strength training, functional exercises, and helping clients achieve things they thought were out of reach. I take a custom approach to each individual and hold people accountable for reaching their goals!

About Me

I’ve been personal training for over 20 years, but my passion for fitness started long before that. Back in high school, I began training for sports and instantly fell in love with the process. What started as preparation for my sports became a lifelong commitment to my health, strength, and personal growth. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how training can transform more than just somebody’s body – it can completely change their quality of life. That’s what drives me everyday: helping people move better, get stronger, and live pain-free.

My Approach

No two clients are exactly the same. Every person comes in with different goals, challenges, and needs. That’s why I tailor my programs to the individual. Some of my clients want to build strength or lose weight. Others come to me after an injury, or because pain is holding them back from doing the things they love. My goal is always the same: to help you move without limitation and feel stronger in every day life. I combine corrective exercise, personal training, and neuromuscular therapy to create a holistic approach to fitness and recovery. This unique blend allows me not only to help you reach your goals, but also to keep you moving well for the long run.
